What We Fit

Tile Types

Porcelain tiles

Porcelain

Dense, hard-wearing and almost non-porous. The best choice for kitchens, hallways and open-plan living areas that see heavy daily use.

Large-Format tiles

Large-Format

Bigger tiles mean fewer grout lines and a calm, seamless look. Ideal for modern homes and making smaller rooms feel larger.

Ceramic tiles

Ceramic

A great-value option with a huge choice of colours, patterns and finishes. Perfect for bathrooms, utility rooms and lighter-traffic areas.

How We Fit Tiles

1

Survey & Levelling

We check the subfloor, measure up and level it so every tile sits flat with no lippage.

2

Prep & Tanking

Wet areas get a waterproof tanking membrane before any tile goes down.

3

Lay, Grout & Seal

Tiles are set out from the centre for balanced cuts, then grouted, sealed and trimmed.

Dublin PropTech Quality Standard

Exceptional craftsmanship, delivered exactly on time. We demand outstanding durability in every tile installation so your floors are flawlessly finished.

Good to Know

Floor Tile FAQs

Porcelain or ceramic floor tiles: what's the difference?

Porcelain is denser, harder and almost non-porous, so it's the best choice for kitchens, hallways and busy areas. Ceramic is lighter and great value, and it suits bathrooms and lower-traffic rooms.

Can floor tiles go on underfloor heating?

Yes. Porcelain and ceramic tiles are among the best floors for underfloor heating because they conduct heat well and stay stable.

Do you waterproof bathrooms before tiling?

Yes. Wet areas such as showers and wet rooms get a waterproof tanking membrane before any tile goes down, so water can't reach the subfloor or walls.

Why does the subfloor need levelling before tiling?

Large-format tiles need a flat base, otherwise edges can sit at different heights (lippage) or crack later. We level the subfloor first so every tile sits flat.

Do you supply outdoor porcelain tiles?

Yes. We supply and fit 20mm outdoor porcelain for patios and garden paths, as well as indoor floor and wall tiles.

How long does it take to tile a floor?

A typical kitchen or bathroom floor takes one to three days, including preparation, tiling and grouting. The adhesive and grout need time to cure before the floor takes full traffic.
